As of May 1, 2025, we are the new operators of Hotel ŠTORK. With great respect for tradition and gratitude for the trust the hotel has built over the years, my team and I aim to continue creating a place where you will always love to return.

On June 15, 2026, after a two-year hiatus, we are reopening our restaurant and reviving our 2018 concept: Flames grill pub & restaurant. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of service, preserve the relaxed atmosphere, and at the same time, introduce new trends and a modern culinary approach that will make your stay at Hotel ŠTORK even more enjoyable.

With 35 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry, we have extensive expertise in organizing events, catering, corporate functions, weddings, and training sessions—nothing is foreign to us. Our artisanal approach to gastronomy is what defines the Flames grill Restaurant.

It is a family concept focused on our own homemade products for BBQ and outdoor grilling, complete with an in-house smokehouse. We source, split, and dry oak and beech wood ourselves, then we produce our own charcoal to grill the meat… it is a true, authentic BBQ “live cooking show.”

Everything comes straight from our kitchen—from our homemade sausages and BBQ meats to a wide range of hot and cold catering options, as well as hearty, honest breakfasts at our hotel. We do things differently because we genuinely care about every single detail.
